ERP SYSTEM – DIAS / CAD SOFTWARE – Impact
DIAS is a professional ERP system, which is specifically designed to fulfill the requirements of medium-sized enterprises operating in the construction of molds, models, prototypes and tools.
Impact is a wideranging application software used in the packaging industry for the development of cardboard packaging, sales displays and production tools.
SAMPLE PLOTTER – Digital Cutter ProDigi 1613
Samples are plotted in paper, cardboard, corrugated paperboard, or plastics for the production approvals, outlay sheets, individual items or small batches.

LASER CUTTING MACHINE – Laser System MTL 1521
The laser cutting machine lasers the desired contour for the strip steel in wood or plastic.

Pertinax-counters are milled highly accurate in order to ensure optimal creasing.

WATER JET CUTTING MACHINE – ProAquajet 1613
With 3'000 bar, the ejectors for cutting dies are being cut with high precision, ensuring an optimal rubber lining of the tools. Rigid or flexible foam with material thickness of up to 100 mm are also feasible.
